I had a disappointing experience with Lovyani at Professional Wound Specialist. I felt her communication lacked consideration and professionalism, and I left the place feeling like my concerns weren't adequately addressed. Additionally, some mistakes could have been avoided with more attention to detail. I hope to see improvements or maybe fire her
My wife had Professional Wound Specialists home care service. She had a leg wound from MS that would not heal for over a year. Nurse Christine Espenilla came to our home, evaluated her problem and took the necessary steps to heal the wound. The wound which had been open and was the cause of infections was healed in a short time with Christine's expertise. We feel very fortunate that we had Professional Wound Specialists and RN Christine Espenilla attending to my wife's care. We highly recommend their services.
I don't really rate places but I made an exception. I'm sitting in the waiting room rn and this man walked in without an appointment. They were super informative and explained very well why they couldn't see him but they also told him where to go and even typed the address in to his phone for him. Outstanding. Very nice. I hope everyone working there finds money in their coats after they have been stored in their closets for the warm months. A company that treats its employees well and clearly values providing top-notch wound care to patients. Highly recommend.
Don’t waste your time here. I had an appointment at 2:45pm showed up at 2:30 and there was no one there. Clinic was open but no one in sight. I called and could hear the phone ring.
