Very rude and unprofessional. It wasn't until I was down and out about my mother's recent unexpected death that she began mistreating me. Her and her nurse assistant are insensitive mean girls. My last visit there, I simply shared my concerns about symptoms of hypothyroidism and a bacterial infection when she attacked me with a very cold and negative demeanor saying that I didn't need a doctor since I know what's wrong with me.
