Like others mentioned, very unprofessional! Changes appointments and drags initial appointment to 7 months. Complete waste of time. The only process done in a timely manner was the billing process! They are quick to take your money.
Absolutely the worst office staff and Dr I’ve ever dealt with! The office staff gave wrong information several times and Dr Win is rude, condescending and lacks communication skills. Update: Had an upper GI due to difficulty swallowing and pain in my stomach. While in recovery, Dr Win comes in and tells me nothing is wrong and “to chew my food better.” Water gives me heartburn and I don’t think “chewing it better” is going to help. Absolutely the worst office staff and Dr I’ve ever dealt with! The office staff gave wrong information several times and Dr Win is rude, condescending and lacks communication skills.
Very unprofessional. Took months to get a appointment and only had a phone appointment . Had no labs done told him straight out their was nothing he could do for him. Would not recommend. Plays games with peoples life’s! Horrible!!!
So disappointed in Dr Winn. He left me waiting 45 minutes today and referred all if my questions to his assistant. I am going to find someone who cares. Sorry you take such advantage of your patients,Dr Winn. You are at the end of the road with me. Office employees not great. So tired of waiting for them to get back to me. My neighbor says the same thing. At least it's not me.
