Great experience, friendly staff and accurate prescription. Perhaps poor reviews are old and maybe there is new staff now as I was happy with price and service.
I had a very disappointing experience during my comprehensive eye exam at this clinic in July 2025. I clearly stated I wear both glasses and contact lenses and expected prescriptions for both. Although I paid $95 for a comprehensive exam, I was only given a glasses prescription. The optometrist, Dr. Adel Khazanei, was rushed and dismissive, especially when I asked questions about my new astigmatism. Dr.Mimi Parks & Associates are VERY IRRESPONSIBLE in services they are providing. Location at Warden; service Wes rushed, wrong prescription and they are not taking responsibility for their actions. They will not return phone call, very disappointed in Dr. Mimi Parks for false allegations when asked for a refund!! It took me 6 months to get my refund. September 24.2024. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. NEVER!!!!!!!
