I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I've been calling to pay my bill and it' now MSN health care solutions. Which is a national billing company. The problem is MSN Medical Solutions never answer the phone. Well, actually they answer but say they are going to hang up because of lack of response. While I'm on the other end of the phone trying to get them to hear and answer me. It's not my phone because I called someone to make sure if that.
