I have been going to Dr Miller for many years and have been very happy with the staff and services, as well as the eyeglasses I have bought there.
I can’t explain the discussion with receptionist who taken almost more than 50 minutes even she was not able to find my insurance details and she said you don’t have vision insurance then she asked about my full ssn number for find my details. In last I request her for make appointment before two days from availability due to insurance going to expire but she said you can find other one. It’s really very bad experience. So I think the rating is maximum 1 for this.
After reading the reviews, I called to make an appointment. My 1st question was if the doctor was taking new patients. The receptionist said yes but Dr. Schwartz is not. I then asked to set up and appointment for Dr. Miller and the receptionist said at this time she's not taking new patients. What in the world? Isn't that how I started the conversation? If you start off bad, it won't end well. Thanks but no thanks!
