I visited the ER there for the first time & saw Dr. Ellis. Upon my arrival, As I approached the counter where the male receptionist was taking the insurance info I handed him my Tricare ID card and told him that was my insurance card. I believe he might need to be more knowledgeable about this being we are in a military town. I had a doctor appointment and couldn’t leave my child at home alone.. the lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t be seen because I had my child with me. That my 9year old couldn’t sit in the lobby why I was been seen (Limit space). That I would have to find her a ride. When you have a big lobby with 1 other person in it.
Didn't see him in his office but saw him at emergency room for possible spider bite. Told me straight out that he didn't think it was and that it was cellitus and poor he was gone! Of course the hospital gives you a survey while your there so unmarked everything great and put that he explained cellitus to me but it wasn't him it was the nurse that I asked to explain. With that being said I got put on a prescription of bactruim. Which I should have been warned that would give me a yeast.
