Dr. Miles Sugar is one of the kindest doctors I've ever seen. Over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with CVI and had a traumatic experience with another doctor. As a result I am ashamed to say that I put my CVI concerns on the back burner, because I couldn't handle the cruel treatment. My cardiologist recommended Dr. Sugar, and my visits with him were great. I am now getting the appropriate care for my condition, and I no longer have anxiety about seeing a vascular specialist.

I had my portacath removed yesterday by Dr. Miles A. Sugar, Jr., MD at Willis Knighton Health in Shreveport, and I can’t recommend him enough. Earlier this year, scar tissue made removal unsafe, but Dr. Sugar approached my case with care, patience, and clear communication.
