Insanely crappy bedside manner— was scheduled by a nurse in PERSON after a prior appointment for an appointment with Dr. Kwan while my provider was off. Dr. Kwan came in and scolded me for “not talking with my provider and just showing up for an appointment” when I scheduled by one of the office nurses and was told by my provider that they wouldn’t be in that day.
