Came here with my niece as we have waited 3 years for an ENT after recurrent ear infections and strep. The doctor came in, didn't introduce himself so we thought he was a staff member. He brought out the tools and we thought he was setting up and quickly went into my nieces ear and started cleaning it. She got startled as he didn't advise what he was going to do. The front desk lady is really rude and clearly does not have the patience and the manners to talk. Would not recommend going here.
Went here after looking for so many places to call. Receptionist was so rude and dismissive. The reviews speak for themselves. Please never work in healthcare if you do not care about people.
