The receptionist Ellain is so rude, unpleasant and heartless. She doesn't know a thing about how to answer/deal with patients. I had an ovarian cyst and was in severe pain, went to hospital and had all my lab results already faxed to her, she asked for my physician referral and I sent that as well, then she told me doctor silver cannot see you until next week or the week after, so I asked what painkiller should I take in the meanwhile cuz advil and Tylenol don't work and i am in severe pain and she said she doesn't know cuz ... read more

Haven't been since the Covid Outbreak but Dr Silver is a Wonderful Doctor who listens how you feel and what you are going through and gives advice on what could be done to help you. The Receptionists are really polite and nice. Been a Patient for many years.
