If I could give less than 1 star I would. Both Scripps Vista clinic and Dr. Beloiu gave me the worst service I have ever received from a GP. I waited for an hour for the Dr. with NO contact from the staff. Once Dr. Beloiu did arrive, her cursory apology and excuse were laughable. When she asked what I needed and I explained I was going to establish care but had changed my mind and would appreciate it if she could refill a prescription that had been the Scripps system for years.
