Dr. Perez cruet operated on me years ago when I needed a spine fusion and he decided to do the lesser microdiscectomy. After the surgery my leg as in WORSE pain and I was miserable and he said “heres a steroid dose pack….good luck”. He was HORRIBLE. A month later a wonderful doctor did a full two level fusion on my lumbar spine and helped me. This is the worse doctor I ever had and I wish I had never met him.
Dr Perez-Cruet is not only the top surgeon on his field, but I personally have had back surgery from him in 2023. I cannot tell you how professional and great he is. He truly helped me tremendously. If your having any type of back issues and are thinking you may need surgery, please go see Dr Perez Cruet, he is great and you won't be dissapointed
Dr. M. Perez-Cruet completed a L-1 to L-5 laminectomy & fusion on 2-22-‘24. And after five months of physiotherapy and comparing his work to neurosurgeons at U of M and Mayo, Rochester, I am recommending Dr. Perez-Cruet for similar lumbar neurosurgery.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Perez-Cruet. Prior to back surgery life had pretty much stopped. Very few physical activities, my legs would go numb and or tingle while sitting or during casual light activity. I was in constant pain. This August 2024 will be two years since the back surgery, L4 - L5 fusion. I’m so thankful that Dr. Perez-Cruet skillfully and successfully performed this surgery.
