Dr. Fana and his Nurse Practitioner are great. His operational staff are the worst. The phone just rings and rings and rings without them picking up. Their billing is the very worst. From day 1, I showed my insurance to them. They knew that some lab work was not covered by my insurance. 4 times they used the lab work not covered. It does no good to inform them of your insurance status. The proceed with no regard for your insurance status. I am pretty sure I will have to get another doctor. Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short. The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!
