7/24/26 called in to Dr. Ly’s office and was so rudely treated and abruptly hangs up on me. I called back to find out who I was speaking with asked if it was Dr. Ly and she hands up on me again. I called back by now fuming with how I was treated and cancelled my appointment. My friends & family will hear about this so they won’t have to endure such rudeness!!

Just had Dr Lys doctor secretary hang up on me abruptly mid-conversation while trying to schedule an appointment, then screen the rest of my calls. There is no way this person should be allowed to legally work anywhere involving medical care

She may be okay at what she does, but her phone manners and how she talks to clients is unacceptable. I just called and canceled and appointment because of a family emergency and Dr. Ly could care less. I changed a 5 star review today to a two if that. It doesn't take that much to just be kind and respectful. Two necessary skills Dr. Ly Lacks. I will never step foot in that office again!!!

I am so very grateful that my friend Javier recommended Dr. Ly. And although her office and phone etiquette is somewhat off, keep in mind she is the Doctor and is also overwhelmed with answering calls as well. She is Swamped with calls all day cause she is good at what she does...I had a recurring cyst that my PCP drained 3 years ago on my ear and his method was brutal compared to Dr. Ly. The cyst returned recently and was super large and painful and no other dermatologist was available until the end of June. I couldn't wait... read more
