This is for the spa. Dr Walsh recommended and talked highly of their services and made first appointment for the 60 minute essential pedicure for $70. Was in chair less than 35 minutes and they wanted to charge me for the full essential pedicure. I didn’t get 1/2 the services described in the Essential pedicure package but they wanted to charge me full price. Told the person at Checkout what all I didn’t get that as described in the essential package in their brochure and he reluctantly banged it to a medical pedicure….knock... read more
I had an appointment set for half a month and received no update that my appointment was being cancelled until the morning of. I was told my appointment should have not been booked because the person I was scheduled with doesn’t work today. Quite unprofessional for a place with no appointments for months. Makes it worst that they won’t compensate for things like this but expect us to pay if we don’t cancel within 24 hrs of the appointment
