I needed to review as I have actually never had a specialist in a hospital situation really take the extra time in their really busy public hospital visits to explain things to me as clearly as Dr Smigielski did today in Campbelltown public Hospital. Dr Smigielski stood & listened to me & helped answer all questions honestly & as best she could today. Dr. Michelle Smigielski is the most attentive and empathetic surgeon I've ever met. She carefully listened to my (rather unusual) case and tailored her recommendations to my concerns. She also took the time to explain it all to me in detail. It is clear that she takes every case very seriously and handles it with great care. She also is LGBT / queer friendly. I felt seen and heard.
