Wouldn’t recommend. Poor bed-side manner. Lacked empathy. Seemed rushed. Barely had Q-tip with numbing cream out of my mouth before she abruptly started injections to numb in various spots. No warning and had a mask as a blindfold on me so I had no way of knowing when she was starting. Began using instruments or drilling almost immediately after first injections without checking or asking if i was even numb yet. Just told me to raise my hand if i could feel anything. I have undergone several gum tissue grafts from Dr. Zmick over the years and have had successful results every time. I have been fighting gum recession for years and Dr. Zmick has been crucial in this fight. She has always provided clear detailed written instructions for post-operative care after oral surgery. She provided me with her contact information, including her cell phone number, in case of problems after surgery. I was so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Zmick by my dentist.
Very rough and insensitive. Doesn't explain anything but expects you to just know what's going on.
