Dr. Massa has an extremely friendly, clean & holistically based approach to medical care. She is very knowledgeable & offers an excellent balance between modern medicine, and the holistic approach of natural medicine.
Dr. Carrillo-Massa is very attentive, caring, and a very good listener. She treats the whole person, not just symptoms. She was recommended to me and I highly recommend her to others.

I love Dr. Massa . She was the only one who diagnosed my hasimotos thyroid disease.. she is kind, patient, listens.. and follows up and follows through.. Great diagnostician… what more could anyone want??
I would have to say, personally, I really liked Dr Massa. I think if you are having a hormonal imbalance, it’s a great starting point. She will send you to the pharmacist and that is where the real magic happens. I would say, if you are looking for a family doctor, she would not be a good choice. I have found, if I call, usually no one answers and I leave a message to get a prescription filled, or for whatever reason, no one ever calls me back. Dr Massa listens and is able to think in and outside of Western Medicine. She has helped me in support w my Immune Deficiency as well as Hashimoto Thyroiditis and some short term anxiety issues. She listens and is a great Historian taker understanding your family history, your physical and your mental health needs. Alicia returns calls and emails and is very professional. IV hydration is always a much needed offering that her office provides fir hydration and vitamin absorption needs!TY Dr Massa and Staff! RSR RN

Im soooo grateful to have found Dr Massa. She is personable and really listened to me. Hormones can be so difficult to get balanced and so many things affect them. She listens, asks questions and has options to fit my budget. I love the natural approach but at times have need a more traditional solution. Her staff is responsive and very courteous ( even when Ive been a little whacky) I highly recommend Dr Carillo Massa MD.
