Had a poor experience from start to finish. Too much waiting, and the doctor’s bedside manner left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, they read this and streamline their treatment and improve the level of caring and interest their doctors invest in their patients.
I left this appointment feeling very disappointed. Dr. Roeser’s communication style came across as combative and dismissive, and I didn’t feel my concerns were fully heard or acknowledged. I drove a long way hoping for answers, and instead I left feeling like my symptoms were minimized. I understand everyone can have an off day, but as a 60-year-old patient, I expected a more collaborative and respectful conversation. I hope future patients have a better experience.
My son had been experiencing issues with congestion, snoring and frequent complaints of nose, ears pain/discomfort. Made an appointment with Dr. Michelle M. Roeser, ENT Doctor. My experience with Dr. Michelle M. Roeser at Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Northern Virginia was profoundly disappointing and deeply unsettling from both a clinical and human standpoint. The consultation lasted no more than ten minutes and was marked by a striking lack of empathy, compassion, and professional engagement.
