Great doctor who knows her craft, yet doesn't accommodate her patients at all. I had a decent initial appointment but still had concerns after and followed up. Telling patients to just "let it go" and a 10-minute consultation might be an easy paycheck but definitely left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Edit: I usually NEVER write reviews but felt compelled to here.
Edited: 2021 Visited twice with Dr. Roeser for ear and throat/neck concerns, and she was exceptional both times. Dr. Roeser listened to my concerns and gave different options on what to do next and what might help alleviate some pain in the meantime. She's easy to talk to, understanding, knowledgeable, and respectful during these visits. I definitely recommend seeing her for any ENT related concerns. The staff seems to work efficiently and monotonously.
I love Dr. Roeser! So amazing from start to finish! Kind and considerate true professional! I bleed no more! THANK YOU!!
