Dr. Li is friendly and professional with a great bedside manner. Office staff was kind and helpful, they were able to work me in for a same day appointment. Great physician and staff!
Will not return. She ordered a CT scan, never contacted me with results, did not return calls asking for results. Finally I had to ask her (rude) assistant to fax them to me and had to have a surgeon friend interpret them.
Dr. Li diagnosed me with internal & external hemorrhoids. Said surgery was the only solution and did not recommend before having kids. I decided to get a second opinion, and the other dr. confirmed I actually had a fissure. Dr. Li failed to catch this even with a “full examination” while it took my second dr. less than a minute to tell me I have a fissure, which can be seen right away and lines up more with my symptoms. Dr. Michelle Li saved my life. A procedure perforated my colon, and Michelle, along with her assistant surgeon, righted the situation. They performed a difficult emergency surgery in the middle of the night. She removed all cancer and cleaned up my abdomen. I will never be able to express the gratitude I feel for her saving my life. Highly recommended.
Michelle Li is a Goddess. She was on call and removed my ruptured appendix. After I looked her up on my phone in the ER I was relieved, and if you are lucky enough to be treated by her count your blessings!
