I do not have enough words to appropriately praise Dr. Gallagher and her team. After weeks of frustration with her pediatrician in regards to my 3 months old sensitive skin I reached out to Dr. Gallagher’s office. I was able to get a same day appointment. We waited for about 2 minutes in the waiting room and less than 5 total before seeing Dr. Gallagher. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Gallagher is smart and professional.
I had called and set up an appointment for my Daughter whos hands are cracked and she is in pain. It took 2 weeks to get into the office. I get there to find out that they dont accept her insurance even knowing that was the first question I asked when making the appointment. I was told it was a newer trainee that didnt know any better and I cant be seen here. Completely unexceptable. Now my daughter has to be in pain for longer due to their incompetent way of doing business.
