The staff was all so friendly and caring. They really put me at ease. The receptionist even engaged my daughter!
Dr. Degroat was able to remove my gallbladder as soon as she could. I was uncomfortable and afraid to eat & she understood my pain and got it removed. She is very friendly and sympathetic.
Love this office. The ladies at the front desk answering phones and checking people in and out are so friendly. Smiles . Great personalities to welcome patients in. It doesn't stop there. Waited less than 5 min at my appointment and was bought back to the exam room . The person getting me ready for Dr Degroat was friendly and knowledgeable . Dr Degroat was on time and so easy to talk to. When I checked out , the one person was busy so the other ladies said to come over and they would help me . Such teamwork! Caring staff. I ... read more
Dr. Degroat was very helpful and understanding. The staff made this the most easiest check in and check out I've ever had at physicians office.
