I was discharged mid-treatment at session 22 of 35 for raising medically documented side effects and asking that they be recorded in my chart. Two audiologists and an urgent care physician confirmed my symptoms warranted follow-up. The provider refused to document them and instead discharged me with a letter accusing me of malingering and threatening behavior neither of which is substantiated (though proof was asked), and both of which contradict what her own staff told me directly.
