I’m really disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Not only did the appointment feel rushed, but I was also charged far more than what was initially discussed with no clear explanation or breakdown of costs. When I raised the issue with Dr Michelle Condello I felt dismissed rather than supported. Dental visits should leave you feeling cared for, not taken advantage of. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this practice or dentist.
Michelle is amazing. Have been attending this surgery for around 20 years. Michelle is kind, understanding and very gentle.
Professional and thorougher friendly dentist, however the price was double that of what i'm used to and after insurance rebate, it was around the $80 mark, just for an examine and clean. Next time i'll goto my insurance preferred provider.
Very good dentist. She is very practicle, gives you options and very reasonable costs. I highly recommend her.
