Not the best cleaning. Could also definitely use some work on communicating more efficiently with the patient to avoid any future appointment disruptions. In this case however, no disruptions will occur for me moving forward as this is my last visit to this office.
Dentist Michelle Ahn tried to con me and claim I needed a tooth pulled out after taking a CT scan, which would cost in $4,400 to $5,000. However, when I asked her to give me a copy of the CT scan, they refused! On 3 different days, her office manager claimed to have a copy of the records for me but lied each time and claimed they couldn't reach the dentist, and only Michelle Ahn knows how to work the computer!
