She told me it wasn’t possible to have the symptom I had and explained why she thought that. Symptom continued and my new doctor gave me THREE reasons for symptom one being connected to an existing condition, another being an infection and the last was cancer. 20+ years of practice and instead of looking into my symptom she dismissed me. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I sincerely hope people read this review & run for the hills, far away from Dr. Keith. My list of complaints is miles long. 1. The wait time to be seen is absolutely ridiculous. My last visit, May 4th, was over 2 hours. This is typical. 2. Good luck getting through on the phones. It just rings or you'll be left on hold for 20 minutes. 3. Staff forgot about me for 1.5 hours, after a urine sample. 4. More than once, Dr. Keith has forgot to send in my prescription. 5. My primary physician went to another location so I started seeing Dr. Scheufler as to not go farther location wise. As soon as he walked in to our appointment he was completely rude and unprofessional. He interrogated me on my diagnosis that I've had since childhood and left me feeling stigmatized and attacked. His questioning showed he knew little about my condition or that he even looked through my well documented medical history before grilling me on the spot. Will be going elsewhere.
Sit in the waiting room over an hour. Then sit on exam another 1/2 hour. She comes in wearing spandex exercise pants, very unprofessional and rude. Find a real doctor. Not a positive thing to comment
Never got to go to my visit... was put on hold for one hour and 15 min. Decided to seek another Dr. Two days in a row. Im done!
I've been going to Dr. Bailey and Stow-Kent Family Practice for many years now & have been very pleased with the service and staff. Thanks for all you do!
Dr. Holmer is very knowledgeable and kind. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Anytime a new diagnosis arises, she explains everything thoroughly. I've been going to her for 23 years now, and have to say she is the best primary care physician I've ever had!!
I went back to Dr. Trump after 15yrs because she is the best doctor I've seen. I only switched because she was out of network. Dr. Trump listens to her patients and does everything possible to help them. I also really like her NP. I now take my teenager there as well because I trust her to take good care of us.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE provider ! Nasty rude and refuses to follow science for sone scam she read in a some paper that was never peer reviewed !!
