I didn’t have a good experience unfortunately. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Crystal) should not be working with the public. Her people skills lacked along with her hygiene. When I called to make the appointment I felt like she was not professional. When I was there filling out my paperwork I overheard a phone conversation with another patient and she was down right rude. I did end up walking out before I even saw the Dr.
It was very easy to schedule and 3 members of my family were able to go in back to back to save time. My son got his first pair of glasses and the process was very smooth and positive for all of us! Definitely recommend Dr. Michele!
Dr Michele is a dedicated professional committed to the health of her clients and the community. She has helped me navigate my failing vision and is compassionate, patient and selfless with her time and expertise.

Just Called to get information to this business and possibly schedule an appointment. Please hire a NEW RECEPTIONIST!!!! someone who can POSITIVELY IMPACT your business. Because the one you have is disrespectful and clearly does not want to be there.
