Dr. Winesett may be the most caring doctor I’ve ever encountered. She was not only great with my daughter but also with me. She took her time to listen to what I had to say and I felt extremely heard and comforted. We came up with a game plan and asked if I was comfortable with each step. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Both she and her office staff are top notch.
We were referred by our pediatrician after he could not help with our child diarrhea. After a very rushed examination if you can call that, she proceeded to tell me that my child needed a colonoscopy and all other kind of intrusive procedures. She ordered a blood work and has not waited for the results to prescribe the tests I mentioned. Went to a visit with my teenage daughter for a very sensitive matter and she was able to calm my daughter with her sweet and caring words. We have seen many specialists and no one has cared more or made us feel unjudged like Dr Winesett.
We have been going here for 18 months. Her and her staff will answer any questions and explain things well. They go above and beyond. They don't even have a waiting room and the Dr & nurse are always quick to see you in your patient rm. Calls are always returned quickly. Refills are filled quickly and I couldn't ask for a better Dr for our son.
After reading the reviews, mostly negative, I was hesitant to take my 19 mo old daughter,Sayla, to see Dr. Winesett... I PRAY that most parents will NOT let the negative reviews deter them from visiting her! Dr Winesett diagnosed our daughter with Achalasia at 3 months old. According to our pediatrician she was the first diagnosed in the country, at such a young age as the onset of achalasia is at 21 years of age. Dr. Winesett, and her staff were REMARKABLE. The medical care she received surpassed all. She treated our daughter with such care, bedside manners impecable and with love. We are FOREVER grateful to her. If I could give 0 stars I would. No follow up calls after requesting. No prescriptions called in like they said. Her answer to everything is Miralax, Miralax. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr. one that cares and communicates. Could not be more disappointed in this dr.
We had a very pleasant experience with Dr Winesett. She comforted my child, was very thorough and patient and listened to all of our concerns. Almost no wait time and friendly staff.
Doesn't listen to the patient. Rather than doing any actual diagnostic tests, would rather just blame the most obvious problem and won't listen to any argument.
