My Response To Office Reply: First, the manager spoke with me only once, after I specifically requested to speak with her. During that conversation, she said she did not know who had told us the laughing gas was not covered by insurance. Although a consent form was signed after the bad experience, that does not change the fact that we were not properly informed about the insurance coverage beforehand. This was, my second worst dental experiences I had at this office . I brought my sister in for a dental procedure. We arrived at 9:00AM , Our appointment was at 9:50 AM. When we arrived, the receptionists did not greet us or acknowledge us in a welcoming manner the only thing she said your early and I said i know. We waited past our appointment time, and I eventually had to get up and ask how much longer we would have to wait. We were finally brought back around 10:02AM.
