Dr. Segal is one of a kind. She has been my son's Pediatrician since the very beginning. At times when he has been sick and had to see a specialist she would even call ahead for us to make sure to get us in and always check back with us to see how he was. I've left her messages on off-hours and holidays and she always called back very promptly. She has waited for me if I ran a little late with work. She feels bad if she is one minute late for your appointment. She is the BEST!!
We have been going to Dr. Segal since my daughter was born in 2013. She is amazing, caring, knowledgeable and patient. She has always fit me in last minute when I have needed to see her due to Daycare needs. Absolutely recommend her and her wonderful staff. We never have to wait and there are never other people waiting (no germs all over). Josh is great (hope he stays)
When my 1st son was born in 2006 I tried two pediatricians & left them immediately for lack of care & concern. I came across an ad in the Nutley Sun about Dr. Segal opening a new pediatric office on Kingsland Ave and so I gave her a call. From that 1st visit until now 10 years later, I would never go elsewhere. Dr Segal has been an exceptional Doctor to my two boys. She is thorough, never rushed, loaded with information & has always returned my urgent calls. Thank you Dr. Segal
Dr. Segal is such an intelligent, caring doctor. She always takes the time to listen to any of our concerns and is armed with tons of information. She made being a new mom a pleasure. Her office staff is also 5 stars! They schedule appointments so that you don't have to spend time waiting in a room with other sick kids. They are by far the BEST team I have ever visited.
I can't understand why anyone would leave less than 5 stars. Dr. Segal is great and she always give a clear answer and honest, smart and concise advice- not a vague answer which I find a lot of Doctors do. Plus who wants to sit around waiting in the office when you have a baby. In her office, you are seen when your appointment is scheduled- never a wait time and she does this with answering all questions and never rushing you out. She is wonderful and office staff is friendly.
Dr. Segal has been my son's doctor for 5 years now and we love her. She is very caring, patient, a great doctor. I never have to wait to in the waiting room and the staff is so nice which is hard to find.
