I had posted a negative review about Michele Piccone MD's receptionist. I have since written to Dr. Piccon and she satisfactorily resolved my issues. I tried to remove the review and could do it. I called yelp and they were no help at all. They said, :Go on the website and read how to do it. They don't know how to do either. No more using yelp for me,
