Dr. Richards, and Monica Freese are amazing, both super caring, and great at what they do. Also Liz, Dr. Richards assistant is awesome, she always get back to me quick. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful.
Dr. Richards and the P.A. Monica were extraordinary! Both exhibited the utmost comptence and were absolutely a pleasure to speak with. I've been to many ENTs, but these conscientious, affable professionals set the standard! The office staff was great as well. Thanks, guys!
Dr Richards is professional, courteous, easy to talk with and excellent at what she does! I recommend her 100% and so happy with my outcome.
35 minute wait in the waiting room for a five minute appointment if that! Barely looked at me and sent me on my way. Going to another ENT doctor it takes an interest in their patients and follows through.
I just received horrible customer service from Melanie, who answered the phone. She was exceptionally rude and unhelpful and completely shut down any ability to provide help in an emergency situation. Beware when you call and talk to their front office staff!
