Dr. Gocuay is very knowledgeable and ensures she checks on your concerns. Her staff are courteous and helpful. I consulted with her a few years ago when my regular doctor was not around and decided to go back because I feel more at ease with her...
Find another Dr!!! Gocuay only cares about money. Her staff never submits the proper paperwork for referrals which delays your treatment. She orders unnecessary test without your consent and you get a bill for it!!! It took me months of fighting with the 3rd party facility to get the $3,000 bill thrown out. Months later I talked to a co-worker of mine and we both screamed when the same thing happened to her!!! Dr. Gocuay preys on people. Don't see any doctor at the FM1960 family practice !!!
