Someone on the staff booked an appointment under my name without my consent. I got a phone call the day of saying that I have an appointment today at 4PM, which I would never do, for an ultrasound. No prior notification. No day before phone or text message, which is the norm. I called to inform them that I did not schedule that appointment and to cancel it. I was later billed $30 for no show. That, to me, is a sign of disorganization and possible malpractice. I will not be returning to this office.
They do not know what they are doing. I went in as a new patient to get blood work done. They were disorganized. Nice staff but they were running around everywhere. I had to repeat my information several times while dealing with them. When I got my blood results they waited two weeks to tell me I was prediabetic. By that time I had ice cream, and cookies. They should have called me right away. They also did not explain in detail my results. Nor did they advice me on how I can better improve my diet. They didn't explain anyth... read more
Dr. Sewell's staff was very welcoming when I arrived at her office with my daughter. I recommend this facility to all person(s) who have special needs children/adults.
I must say, this has been the best experience! My kids are new patients and they took their time m. Checked my kids thoroughly and found out one of them has a heart condition. Thanks so much! I’ll rather a doctor’s office to take all day, then to kick me out the office with a prescription in 30 mins. Thanks so much!
