She is an absolutely amazing doctor. Dr.Neff-Bulger was my doctor as a child and when it came my time to have children I didn't want anyone else. She always listened and was very reassuring. I hated to see her move to inpatient care but she directed me to another great doctor for my girls. Although no one can measure up to her in my eyes.
