Great dentist, great hygienists, great staff.
If only half a star was an option. The worst experience I’ve had in the 40 years I’ve been going to the dentist. The dentist himself seemed to be skilled but the rest of the staff on the other hand not so much. Very disorganized, very rude and they do not have any idea how to communicate with kindness or empathy. Are these not basic interpersonal skills? I was not impressed and will never recommend for this reason.
Very unfriendly and rude staff. I can only imagine that any positive reviews are encouraged by long term patients as I cannot imagine anyone who has been to a more modern, and properly managed dental office would leave a 5 star review for this disaster of a dental office.
I recently had an appointment at Dr. Guay’s dental office and want to share my experience. Dr. Guay is a great dentist, and I appreciated the excellent care provided by the hygienist. However, my experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of his assistant, Jessica, and receptionist, Rebecca.
