Worst customer service in the whole area. The worst of the worst!!! They never have an agenda available, the closest date is 6 months later and when the date finally comes, they call to cancel for some reason and besides they don't reprogram the appointment, they just cancel it and pretend you come back and call it and wait for another 2 months for your appointment.
Dr. Bornacelly is great. He took the time to listen and answer questions. I did not feel like he rushed through the visit.
Dr. Bornacelly is a caring provider. He listens and involves the patient in their treatment. I am grateful he is in my life.
