Dr. Li is a very caring and responsible doctor. He found the cause of my long-term stomach pain and diarrhea, and after his treatment I feel much better. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Li !
I had a very negative experience with my colonoscopy procedure. The way patients are treated feels more like an assembly line, or as my friend described it, a butcher shop. There was no sense of care or empathy. You’re not treated like a person, but more like a number, or worse, an animal. This was my second colonoscopy. Doctor is considerate and responsible, nurse is also very caring and with compassion, I feel well taken care of by the professionals. The only downside was the receptionist was somewhat quite abrupt and spoke in a harsh tone, which was a bummer.
I wish I would’ve believed these comments .Very unprofessional and waste of time.i should sue him for emotional distress
They didn't tell my wife that the only anesthesiologist they use is out of network until it was too late. They also scammed us into paying for the procedure in cash in full at the time of visit prior to submitting it to insurance. No doctor should send you to the ATM machine from the exam room after colonoscopy prep.
