After many positive experiences with Dr. Michael Stasko, I will gladly rate his ability, skills, and surgical outcomes as excellent. He is professionally succinct in his bedside manner which garners my trust that his intentions are to diagnose and treat without all the "fluff" of inefficient conversation. Cumberland is certainly fortunate to have him as a surgeon in the community.
Dr. Stasko saw my elderly mother in the emergency room. He quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed with testing, and scheduled the surgery. He explained everything thoroughly and respected the family's need to consider the options before the surgery was done. We were very impressed with his dedication to his patients often being at the hospital late in the evening after a long day of office visits and surgery.
Notorious throughout community for being late and have rude God complex bedside manner. He definitely will never be the the the quality doctor his late father and brother are. Might be skilled but lacks all other attributes of a good physician
