Another fantastic experience at Dr. Engelman at the Coral Springs office. He and his staff were professional. He made a quick diagnosis and provided the required treatment. He recommended a follow-up which I conveniently scheduled with the receptionist.

Wow. I really wished I had looked these reviews up before my appointment. Unfortunately my experience lines up with a lot of the criticisms here. I had requested a doctor at the Coral Springs office who could treat keloids with steroid shots and the office assigned me to him. His general bedside manner was, well, not encouraging. No real greeting or introduction. But I thought he must have been busy and overwhelmed, so I tried to be polite and understanding on my end. Absolute worst. The dr. told there would be no charge for my visit since it literally lasted less than 5 min because there was nothing he could do for me. Next thing I know, I received a bill in the mail for the visit. I called the billing department 3 times after, left messages and no one got back to me. Now I’ve been informed that my account is in collections!! Whoever handles patient accounts for the office is the absolute worst.
