I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Downey and his team. A year ago, I made what I now consider the very worst decision of my life when I underwent foot surgery with an orthopedic surgeon in Southlake. The procedure was intended to improve my quality of life, but it did the opposite. Two additional surgeries followed in the months after, each leaving me worse than before. Dr Downey did a fabulous job on my foot surgery. He is an excellent doctor with a skill and quality you rarely come across anymore, bedside manner. He and his staff are so kind, professional and yes "patient focused", it's a breath of fresh air with every interaction. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Downey and his staff.
Dr. Downey and his staff are a blessing!!!! His nurse Hannah was amazing and there for me every step of the way, whether it was a text or a phone call! After a horrible car accident, my ankle was shattered. A plate and 12 screws is what I was left with, along with a LOT of pain, but I figured I was blessed to have a foot. What a blessing Dr. Downey and staff were helping me with my surgical needsThey all went above and beyond, not just helping me physically, but emotionally after my mom had passed during the time that they were working with me.
