I’m very thankful for the care Dr. Downey and his staff provided me. Dr. Downey has a great bedside manner, and my surgery went smoothly. Nurse Hannah and all the staff were always helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
Dr Downey did a fabulous job on my foot surgery. He is an excellent doctor with a skill and quality you rarely come across anymore, bedside manner. He and his staff are so kind, professional and yes "patient focused", it's a breath of fresh air with every interaction. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Downey and his staff.
Dr. Downey and his staff are a blessing!!!! His nurse Hannah was amazing and there for me every step of the way, whether it was a text or a phone call! After a horrible car accident, my ankle was shattered. A plate and 12 screws is what I was left with, along with a LOT of pain, but I figured I was blessed to have a foot. What a blessing Dr. Downey and staff were helping me with my surgical needsThey all went above and beyond, not just helping me physically, but emotionally after my mom had passed during the time that they were working with me. After a missed diagnosis by another doctor and 8 months of pain, Dr. Downey correctly and quickly diagnosed my ankle injury. Surgery followed as soon as I was ready, and it was completely successful. At all times, I felt seen and listened to by Dr. Downey, his nurse, and all other staff members. They explained things carefully to me and to my husband, making sure we understood completely.
