A very bad experience my grandson been suffering with a toothache for 2 days went to an appointment on Tuesday to be recommended to one of his office in Naples of which they did the root canal and they can't see him so they recommend him to Cape Coral and the earliest they can see him is on Friday also said they were going to see in a prescription for antibiotics and never received done call and went to the pharmacy and there is nothing there but the office closed at 4:30 can someone tell me what Doctor does this and no it's... read more
Nice and professional staff, always made comfortable and welcome
Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Linda, doctor Verwest nurse put me at ease with great personality and was genuinely concerned about my health. Doctor Verwest is a great doctor, listens to you, will always give you extra tips to better your health and doesn't chase you out in a few minutes. Definitely a caring doctor, you can always tell who likes their job!

Empathetic and understanding.
Each time a relative has gone to Dr Verwest the wait time is over 45 mins to OVER an hour past the appt time... Typical excuse from the front desk "he's running late." What is the point of an appt if the Doctor does not honor it! I guess his patients time is not as important as his. But if YOU miss an appt...it is cancelled and/or you are charged a missed appt fee as well!!!!
I went to this "Google Doctor" two times and my wife a couple more. I am 39 years old and my wife is 37. My wife was born with CP and me healthy. My wife and I now changed after Verwest couldn't google our problems. She was told she has anxiety and I was healthy by Verwest. My wife now sees a neurologist and cardiologist for her condition and I am in stage B heart disease, left ventricular heart failure "Real Doctor verified" I wish I had a way to sue. His staff are horrible too. His cronies.
Staff is rude and very bureaucratic. You leave a message and nobody gets back to you. Attempted to get a simple preop. The entire place moves at glacial speed.
This DR showed little concern for my issues, he spent more time typing on the computer and telling me about himself then he did helping me withmy problem. I booked an appt for a new pt evaluation, after I waited for him for 35 mins, he refused to hear anything else after 20 mins, told me we were OUT OF TIME! Maybe if he would have been on time, we could have addresed it. After dx a new condition, he told me to come back in 3 months and the script that he gave me was wrong. Will not return
