I have been seeing Mike for 6 months and he has really helped me work through and understand a number of issues that have bothered me for years. Mike is kind, patient and insightful and has the calm demeanor that you would want from your counselor. His techniques have helped me manage my anxiety and depression, feel more confident at work, and even to make new friends. Highly recommend and I'm very grateful for my time working with Mike!
Mike is a fantastic counselor. He helped me significantly though a multitude of issues. Since working with Mike, I have enjoyed my own presence, spoken kindly to myself, and consistently improved as a person.
