I went there to get a new pair of glasses with the bogo they had going on. What I wasnt told was that it was still going to cost me almost 500 dollars to do buy one get one free. They told me they couldnt cancel it because I already went through with the "sale" (I couldve went to my eye doctor and got 2 pairs for 250...) and as for the insurance, I was told i couldnt get it on only 1 pair I had to do both... then when I went back for an adjustment, the guy completely screwed up the glasses, THREE times! on the third time the... read more
If you can get past the idea of working with frigid staff and people that would crack if they tried to smile, then youll be alright. They are very professional and great at what they do, but the environment is not friendly at all.

What a wonderful experience with this Pearl Vision center! Great staff! Wonderful doctor!! He was so nice and funny! I recommned this eye center to everyone!!!
Great Experience! Excellent eye exam - very thorough and professional. With the large selection of eye glasses I was able to find a pair of glasses I love.

My husband and I went there today and we were very happy with the quality and personal service that Cindy gave us! My husband needed his 6 year old glasses fixed and they came out like new. Thanks Cindy! You are the best and we wont go any place else. Mona Kroeper
