My experience with this place was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appointment scheduling was easy and quick. Sorry everyone else has had bad experiences.
I booked my appointment months in advance. Showed up on time. Just to find out that they had canceled my appointment without reaching out to me. Apparently if you don't reply to their reminder text message they cancel your appointment. They don't tell you ahead of time about this policy. I get reminder messages from tons of different businesses. I have never had an appointment canceled because I didn't interact with it. The girl at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Today was my second time to have my dental routine checked up at Dr Michael TRAN’s office. It was strange that I hadn’t met my dentist as a new client so far (my first time I went to his office was 6 months ago) as I mentioned it with the technician who did my teeth cleaning. I believed they told him about my concern. Dr Tran showed up to look at my teeth less than one minute then walk away, hilarious! No one likes coming to the dentist. I absolutely dread it, causes me anxiety, and I’m extremely frustrated by the scam that is dental insurance. All that aside, Dr. Tran and his team are excellent. They make it very easy for me to schedule whether it is an emergency or routine cleaning, make it clear the cost, and give excellent care as well as quality work.
