I honestly hate to write this review. My husband has been a patient of Dr Trombley since 2016 and I have a been a patient of Sara Mergy since roughly 2020. We both love these two as primary care providers. The problem isn't with them. The problem is with office management. Trying to call the office is extremely painful. The phone just rings and rings.
