Excellent physician, listens and does the job as it should be done
I have been a patient of Dr Seigel since he started in the practice over 35 years ago. I first started visiting for psoriasis. Together thru the years he has guided me thru the best treatments available at the times. We switched them as newer ones became available. Ever since biologics became available my skin condition is always from 95-100% free of any type of flareups. I am a long time patient at Dr. Siegels office. Dr Micheal is a kind and understanding person. Also one of the best derms in Metro Detroit. It is a pleasure to call them to schedule an appointment and I enjoy going to his office as his front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Michael, Jason Evans PA, and his entire staff.
I've been to many dermatologists due to an autoimmune disorder (psoriasis). Dr. Siegel is the only one who has real knowledge and interest in the cause and treatment of the condition. I don't generally drive far to get to a doc, but I will make the trip to see Dr. Siegel. His office staff is excellent and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see him.

Dr. Michael Siegel is one of the best Dermatologist in the area. Caring, Compassionate knowledgeable . His office staff are friendly and do their jobs well. I don't know why the guy from California gave a bad review unless he just spams nasty reviews on random Doctors.
the office manager/receptionist is a rude stuck up nasty women and it's always been the same story with this doctor. There's way better out there. This guy is a joke.
