We are so impressed with doctor Monroe and his staff! My husband had his ankle broken in several places Dr. Monroe very impressed! My husband never complains about his ankle and that was eight years ago. I tore my rotator cuff a couple years ago. He got in there and said he just had to clean it up. Again I haven’t had any problems since. Just recently, I tore my Achilles tendon. His staff was amazing. Shay got me right. My surgery went well looking forward to healing quickly! We highly recommend Dr. Monroe!
I can’t even get anyone on the phone.. I tried all day yesterday and today again. It’s 4:25 office is open until 5pm and recording came on saying it’s after business hours. What kind of office staff is working here?!? Even my other orthopedics office warned me about the office staff they said the doctor is great but the staff is horrible.. I’m seeing why now. The Dr needs to address this.
The Office is amazing thank you so much for Dr.Monroe with my 2 successful surgeries on my knee and on my ankle/tibia my bones have fully healed properly and I can walk again! Thank you for all your help and support to you and your staff they are all very welcoming and on top of every little thing. Thank you once again for being the one to perform the surgeries.
My husband was referred here for surgery on his foot. He went to his surgery consult and Dr Monroe seems very knowledgeable and we feel very comfortable with him performing surgery. Our problem with this place is the office staff. Dr Monroe wanted an MRI before scheduling the surgery the nurse said she was going to to to get a rush on the insurance approval because my husband is currently out of work.
