They almost wouldn’t let me in because I was five minutes late. The doctor was consulted and said he could fit me in. There was no one in the waiting room and no one came out while I was waiting and I waited a half an hour to see him.He was very forceful in his speech. He was impatient and determined to get his point across. I hate to say it, but narcissistic. He wasn’t very interested in what I had to say. Dr. Kolinski is just plain wonderful. I've been in chronic pain for over a year & he has truly helped me. Right after my epidural, when I was still on the table, I opened my eyes & there he was! He just came to check on me & make sure I was OK. I've never had a Doctor do that. I was really touched. Great bedside manner, so knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Did I mention his staff? They're terrific too! Kind & compassionate, very concerned about me. I'm very grateful to Dr. Kolinski & his staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Dr Kolinski was very compassionate about my discomfort and pain issues. He was an expert in his field to relieve the pain in my back through manipulation therapy. I was sad to see him move to Reno. He assured me Dr McAllister will do a thorough job as well. I can only hope so as I have been miserable with this ongoing back pain. Wife's 1st visit, problem with tech on staff. Contacted HR to report, received good response. Wife's 2nd visit, IMMEDIATELY started yelling, demanded why she hadn't contacted him, how she obtained HR info, berated for going "behind his back". Took it all personally, said something about staff looking bad made HIM look bad. Volume triggered wife's PTSD, brought to tears. We stated would find another provider; he said something about "starting with clean slate". No apology or explanation offered.
Dr Kolinski is very caring and has sincere concern for his patients well being and health. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I've been a patient for almost 1 year and it's nice to have a Doctor who is genuine and cares about his patients.
